Set up by the Lord!

I went to Davao, Mindanao early last month. We had a seminar there and trained a group of pastors. This was the second batch of pastors we had trained there recently. God has put it in our hearts to train pastors from all over Mindanao, as we believe for a huge revival for that Island which will ultimately spread all over the Philippines. We had some significant things happen on that trip which leads me to believe that we are on the brink of a huge revival breaking out in the churches there and that God is orchestrating some strategic maneuvers to bring this about.

It’s time for the body of Christ to raise her fist with righteous might and strike the kingdom of darkness with decisive blows that will cripple the devil’s grip on the lost throughout the world! It’s our belief that the Philippines has a strategic role in the spreading of the Gospel to all the world.

As I boarded the flight to return to Manila from Davao I sat there in a packed plane with two seats open next to me. I thought to myself, wow, maybe I can rest good with no one there. Then here they came, the last two people to board the plane. Orlan and Ellen Labrador sat down and we began getting acquainted. While in Davao I had a conversation with some pastors telling me I needed to meet Manny Pacquio, the Philippine Super Hero boxer. Manny had been born again some time back and had been helping ministries all over the Philippines. When they told me about him my spirit really witnessed with what they had said, but I had no clue how that could ever happen. Then here I sat a few hours later with one of Manny’s closest friends. HaHaHaHa! Isn’t God a real comedian at times? He really knows how to set you up doesn’t He!

New National Mobile
Missions Coordinator!

After talking with them, Ellen wanted to come back and take the class. So a couple of weeks later she, her sister, and her niece came back to Manila and attended our next Stealth Evangelism seminar. She was a fireball in the spirit. She won the coveted golden metal for the best overall results and flawless presentation in the class. Ellen has now come on board with us at Dunamis and has volunteered as our new National Mobile Missions Coordinator and will be helping us set up pastor seminars all over the Philippines.

llen is in Israel with Manny and his family right now. When she was to leave Davao Monday she was about to board the plane at the Davao International Airport and started witnessing to an airport policeman there. She chose to miss her flight and had to rebook another flight at a cost of P4,000 pesos because she wouldn’t leave until she had led him to the Lord. She’s unstoppable! HaHa! She called us from Davao and put the policeman on the phone for me to bless and encourage with her, then went on to lead another person to the Lord before her next flight left. Last night she called Calli & I at about 10:30pm from Israel. She had led a Muslim to the Lord and put him on the phone with me to bless and encourage, then later led Rose Fantanes the Philiippine Grand Prize Winner of the X Factor of Israel to the Lord. Wow, we could all take some lessons from her on passion! Amen? She tells us many of the people just cry and thank her for leading them to Jesus, including her own brother who she had been praying for, for many years, was born again. Praise the Lord!

Building the Kingdom
through mobile seminars!

Guys, I really know in my heart that something big is about to happen and we need more support to keep it rolling. We have opportunities to go to General Santos City in Mindanao to conduct a 50 pastor seminar, then in the neighboring province, where Manny grew up, we will do the same, as the Lord provides!

There are myself and two staff that will need to go, plus there will be a little expense on accommodations. The venues to house the pastors and the training venue will be provided by their local sponsors. So the cost for each seminar is minimal, probably no more to us than $625 for each seminar including everything on our side.

This is just the beginning ya’ll. I believe some time in the future that sponsors from the Philippines will take care of the majority of the expenses, but we are not there yet. Besides, what an opportunity all this is for those that would like to sow seed into productive soil. Imagine what the long term result of training 25 pastors and 25 leaders representing 25 churches will mean in the multiplication aspect of your seed! Each church will likely represent somewhere between 200 and 400 souls coming into the Kingdom of God each month. This will increase their individual churches by at least 30 new members each month.

Wow, ask yourself if you would like to help make that happen! Each seminar represents 10’s of thousands possibly millions of souls over the lifetime of all those pastors we train! WWWWWWWow! We really need to increase our monthly support so we can budget more mobile seminars. Folks almost every penny goes where the souls are! So, sow your seed where it will sprout souls!!

“I was blessed and privileged for being a part of this evangelism training! As a Pastor for about a year, the Lord helped/equipped me more as I continue to learn from our Teacher. Note: Pastor Sherwin was petrified during his first practicum with no presentations or souls. Fear was gripping him. So we sent him out with one of the monitors on the 2nd practicum then he had his breakthrough. He went on to be one of the best students with almost double the minimum requirement for graduation. Praise God for Pastor Sherwin!

God’s Remnant!

God is constantly working with a remnant to bring Glory to Himself! When Gideon came to the Lord for help he didn’t get what he thought he was asking for. We in our natural minds think from a natural view point and ability to perceive the achievement of our goal. God on the hand moves and make things happen on a supernatural basis that far exceeds our natural capability to perceive and understand. Gideon could see an enemy army of 120,000 soldiers and his solution was to match up or exceed that number of soldiers for his army to prevail. God on the other hand knew a better way! Amen? So the Lord in His wisdom, shrunk down Gideon’s Army from 30,000 men to 300 to defeat the overwhelming army of the enemy. Guess what? Gideon won the battle with his remnant of 300 and there is no question of Who got the Glory!

The gathering of the Remnant!

Today, we have the largest battle going on that the earth and the heavens have ever seen! It’s the battle for more than 6 Billion lost souls on this earth. The enemy has been developing his army for centuries through his lies and deception. With 9/10’s of the population of the world lost, victory looks impossible, at least from an earthly perspective. This is where God’s Remnant is being gathered for the final quest! This is where we as believers must realize that God is about to make some dynamic changes in the paradigm of what we are doing to reach the lost. When Jesus spoke the Great Commission at the end of Matthew 28, He said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…” He was not making a suggestion. He was giving a commandment to make disciples of all the nations. It does not say make disciples in all the nations! We have watered down the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ to the point that there is not much sense of urgency about reaching the unreached, which is an incredible number of people worldwide. The amount of money that is sent into the mission field for the reaching of these lost souls is a fraction of 1% of the overall mission’s budget of most churches, yet Jesus commissioned us to prioritize making disciples of all the nations.

God is putting His Remnant together right now! The Remnant will propagate the spreading of the Gospel into every nation of the world. I can tell you right now everyone is not part of the Remnant. The Remnant are those that are not afraid of the economic conditions in this time, and have faith to believe with all their heart that when they give, it shall be given unto them, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, just as the Bible says!

The Remnant are those that when they go into battle they are vigilant and have their eyes open scanning for the snares of the enemy and are constantly on guard! God will use the Remnant to win every nation in this world, Amen? God will take His Remnant and win the world! Praise God! I pray that many of you will seek to be a part of the God’s Remnant whether you’re a pastor, leader, or a member you can make a difference!

Fires of Evangelism in Mindanao

We returned to Davao to train our 2nd batch of pastors and leaders on April 29th thru May 2nd. We can feel momentum building already in that they are now preparing for the third Stealth Evangelism Program in Davao. Praise God they are arranging for 50 more Pastors and leaders for the next Batch of trainees. That means 25 Senior Pastors and 25 leaders. We have plenty of monitors down there now to do the larger seminar. This will help us start making a larger impact on Mindanao Island, which has been prophesied to be the gateway to the nations.

Urgent Needs for Big opportunities!

In addition to Davao a group of pastors in Cagayan de Oro City also on Mindanao Island, are scheduling a training for 50 pastors and leaders there. Then we already have another invitation for Pagadian City also on Mindanao which will probably happen in June or July. We may be able to run some of those together in one trip so we can save on the transportation costs. Two for one! We have the staff and materials to do them, but we need approximately $1,600.00 for transportation and help for the host pastors for food and lodging for the attending pastors. As you can see we are going to need some help!!!!!!, Amen?

By the way, each seminar will generate about 3,000 souls during the practicums. That’s 5,000 to 6,000 souls for very little cost! Is there anyone out there that will give $1,600 for 6,000 souls to have eternal life with Christ? This does not include the long term results of perpetual soul winning in the churches that begins! I know that lots of people think we are fully funded for all this ministry! We are currently budgeted for one seminar each month. That means we have to raise the money every month for the additional seminars. Calli and I support this ministry with our own social security and a small rental income. We (our local church) have learned a lot of methods of evangelism which we used in the past. But Stealth Evangelism is quite different. Basing on our actual presentations during practicums, I can truly and honestly say that this is far better and effective tool in winning souls for Christ. It never happened in my more than 20 years in the ministry that I won 20 souls for the Lord in 3 days, in a total of only 8 hours during 4 practicums. I know that it is not a satisfactory result/achievement based on Dunamis standards, but it amazed me and I thank the Lord for that. What an opportunity!

The new training manual on the left was just printed. We have 5,000 copies that we will train with in the upcoming months. This manual is also used by the pastors that train in the Stealth Evangelism Program to train their members in the “357 Magnum ” soul winning technique that is bringing revival to churches all over the Philippines. Once a pastor does a training in his church the Reapers Club that they set up will do perpetual soul winning from then on and will produce approximately 200 to 300 new souls per month which means 2,500 to 3,500 souls per year. So, these 5,000 manuals will generate several million souls in the upcoming years. Use your calculator the numbers are there. We have a long track record of success that says it’s so. Based on our experience there will be 100’s of church plants to come from the implementation of this program in the churches.

Our printer graciously agreed to print these manuals while we were raising the funds for them. They cost $1,500 and of course the printer needs to be paid. Where can you spend $1,500 for millions of souls my friends, and see hundreds of churches planted with such a small investment. The materials are just a piece of the investment we make, but it is crucial none the less.

Next Training in
Davao City, Mindanao
April 29 – May 2nd!

We have scheduled our next training in Davao City, Mindanao for April 29th thru May 2nd. This will be our 2nd training of Pastors and leaders there in God’s open door city to the nations. If you will remember in our last newsletter we were requesting monthly help in bringing the Stealth Evangelism Program to that Island which God prophesied several years ago during the Ramos Administration here that there would be a fire of evangelism that would come out of Mindanao and spread across the nations of the 10/40 Window and throughout the world. We believe we have a Mandate from God to be a part of this prophecy coming to fruition.

We have had this powerful motto in our school for the last 10 years, “Win the Philippines! Win the World!”  It’s now easy to see “why” this motto!  We need a lot more monthly supporters to accomplish the things that God has put in our hearts to do.  We are planning to do mobile missions all year in Mindanao in different locations as the Lord opens the doors. We will also continue with our classes here in Manila, so there is much need for more support. What army can fight the battles without continuous supplies, Amen? The next training we do in Mindanao will have 12 churches represented by their pastors and a leader from each church. Do you know what this actually means in the Kingdom? Each pastor and leader will be trained with the “357 Magnum” (Soul winning technique) and then trained with the strategies of how to build their church with the   harvest that comes through the activation of the members of their churches becoming avid soul winners and making soul winning a way of life. Wow, what a result. Each church represented has the potential of harvesting as many as 200-300 souls per month using these tools and strategies. If they only succeed in converting 10% of these into new members, they will add 30 people per month to their church. That is the power of the harvest! I don’t have enough space to share with you all the statistics that come from this but roughly each seminar we do can mean approximately 40,000 to 50,000 souls to the kingdom the first year and cause many churches to be planted from the harvest of souls.

What more important thing can you sow into than the building of the Kingdom of God?  Building the Kingdom of God should take a president over building our kingdoms on earth. When we die, we can’t take anything on earth with us, “EXCEPT THE SOULS OF MEN!” You can’t take churches, houses, cars, boats, businesses, gold or silver, absolutely nothing. So why is it, the souls of men sometimes has such a low priority in our hearts. We were all lost at one time, and should remember what it’s like and help others to find the Lord just as we did! Please think about your priorities. And if God leads you, come on board with financial help to reach the multitudes while we have this wonderful opportunity. You can start with $10, $30, $50, $100 a month or whatever God leads you to do. We have a partner that has sown into our ministry for many years. Being on a fixed income they started sowing $4 a month, and then were able to raise it to $5 per month. Calli and I get a good cry from time to time just thinking about their faithfulness in giving even though they are retired on SS. I know the Lord smiles when He sees their consistent faithfulness, don’t you? Watch Him smile when He sees your gift for these people’s eternal lives that you don’t even know. But they will know you for an eternity, you WILL see them in heaven. They will know you had a part in their salvation my friends. This is one of the reasons God says,” My ways are not your ways”, “My thoughts are not your thoughts”, because they will know you sowed into their salvation, it is beyond our understanding but none the less true, Amen? I said all that to say whatever you sow counts and means a lot to us here in the Philippines.

In case any of you are interested in these mobile missions, they cost about $360 plus our airfares, my lodging, and materials to do the training. That’s about $300. Anyone that knows anything about ministry will agree that takes good stewardship to train 24 pastors and leaders for 3 days and feed them and furnish their lodging and all materials for that cheap. We need people to start pledging monthly to give so we can schedule every month mobile seminars. We’d like to do 1 or 2 per month in addition to our home base training in Manila. Please pray about it and do what you can. Today is the day of salvation! Amen? I am so amazed with this Dunamis ministry, training, and workshop. It was so great! In the 28 years of my Christian life I haven’t seen an excellent training like this in bringing souls to Jesus. The workshop and practicum were so great, and seeing all the lost souls won to Christ during our practicum was like the word of God that says “The Harvest is plenty!”

Thank God for Pastor Tony Poole. He is such a communicator, teacher, and his life burns with compassion for teaching pastors and leaders how to win souls for Christ! God bless you all.

A vacation; that is what was in my mind before I entered into this Stealth Evangelism training. Honestly speaking, I didn’t know that I will be experiencing such a great and unforgettable breakthrough in my life. I was just told by our pastor to attend here…a new Soul Reaper was born!

The most valuable thing that I learned during my stay here in Dunamis is that my life will never be the same again. Learning the easiest yet most effective soul winning tool, I realized that I am not doing this just because it is required of me, but because I learned to have a passion to win souls for the Lord. I have always had a fear of socializing with other people, especially strangers. But the great news is….I am not that type of person anymore! This experience was unforgettable and I’m praying to the Lord to give me courage to echo this Stealth Evangelism Program to our church and other pastors.
