Pastors, if you will adhere to these standards we set before you as you are training your members, you can be assured of achieving great things in your church. First of all, your membership will grow exponentially through one on one evangelism by your members. When you have more members you will automatically have more finances and manpower for ministry in your church.

The Dunamis Standard is intended to assist those Pastors and leaders who have completed the Stealth Evangelism class themselves and are now ready to take the training back to their own churches using this same standard of quality.

The Mandate the Lord has given Dunamis International School of Missions is to train and motivate pastors to prioritize evangelism and discipleship, so they can teach the Stealth Evangelism Program in their churches and give them a program of activities to implement after they’ve trained a group of their church members to be reapers, which will ensure perpetual soul winning and discipleship for years to come, Amen?

I was bridled by the Lord!

Recently in February and March of 2014 we rewrote both of our primary training manuals. Upon doing that the Lord said to me it’s ready. Meaning that it is now time to develop the training video so that the Stealth Program can be taken to the far corners of the earth for activation in churches worldwide. For years God has bridled me holding the reins back and telling me to wait that it wasn’t ready. Praise God that was hard for a guy like me to be bridled. I wanted to run, but thank God for the Holy Spirit that keeps us in line. When the manuals were completed I knew in my Spirit that a new day was being birthed and we were about to embark on a new adventure with the Lord. That God was about to bring renewed hope to desperate pastors with dying churches (churches that continue diminishing in numbers instead of multiplying and growing in members), all over the world. He also released a fresh anointing to develop relationships with the Bishops and organization heads that hold the keys to reaching the pastors and encouraging them to come and receive this awesome training.

I want to share with you about one such organization head that God brought to us to train even while I was here in the US. The instructors were, our School Coordinator Pastora Remy Mordeno and Pastor Ted Macalagay, one of our students we trained several months ago. He is the pastor of Jesus Our Shalom Ministries and a Professor at Saint Dominic College of Asia in Manila, and a Professor at Baptist Bible College of Asia. This was his first time to train pastors in our school. There were 10 Filipino Chaplains in attendance, one of them was Pastora Estarlina Polumpa, Secretary General of the National Auxiliary Chaplains of the Philippines. Which has a current membership of 43,757 chaplains. (We have a lot more training to do!) The following is her testimony after taking our Stealth Evangelism Program.

I read a brochure of the Dunamis International School of Missions sometime in 2004. Yes, I was attracted by the way the system was presented but I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE that you can win souls in 5-7 minutes. Years passed by, and I forgot everything about the Dunamis, until one day, I had an encounter with Pastora Remy and I began to recall the day I first got information about Dunamis. I was so thankful when she recommended a special seminar for the NACPHIL chaplains. I exerted just a very little effort in inviting the chaplains because I wanted to see it for myself and gain the confidence to discuss it with the chaplains.

Curiosity is my first purpose. On my first night of stay in the Dunamis School, all the negative things that had cropped up in my mind began to disappear. I began to appreciate all the things that were happening and what I continuously observed during our day to day activities.

-The little amount of money (registration fee) spent for the seminar which is P300 pesos (or $7) is too short for the 3 days of meals, accommodations, training materials, and all the amenities that we enjoyed.

– The Stealth Evangelism technique that was introduced to us is really viable, enjoyable, interesting and amazing compared to all the evangelism strategies that I have known and personally encountered and applied;

-I am really touched by the thoughts that God gave this kind of evangelism technique to add to what our chaplains are already doing in the field;

– This technique is really worth sharing in every church to be able to enhance their evangelism techniques and eventually expand their territory (make their churches grow)

-When I graduate from this course, I will add this good news to my routine of calling and discussing to all chaplains nationwide that God, because of His amazing grace, gave a wonderful strategy to easily attain our goal in the NACPHIL Chaplaincy Program to occupy the whole Philippines for Christ!””

– I continuously pray that Dunamis Intl School of Missions will help more and more army of God to make soul winning a very easy task to fulfill God’s mandate to disciple the whole nation!

I have a huge thanks for attending the Stealth Evangelism Course, because it is a great spiritual blessing for me.

While praying, I felt in my heart God was telling me, “I am giving you not only a big thing but a great thing and I am entrusting this to you!” I was perplexed, and I remembered the Bible said, “If you can be trusted in small things, you can also be trusted in bigger things.” And I said WOW! It was like someone is giving me a million pesos! I was happy but asked why I will be given this? Then God showed me the faces of different people in my life, whom for a long time I was so eager to share the Gospel with them. But it was because of fear of rejection from my friends and relatives that stopped me and I don’t know how to start or what to say to them.

But in my first practicum, the very first time I was able to witness. The first person sitting on the gutter with a coffee mug. I approached him and asked questions to build relationship. He continued to sip his coffee until I asked, “Are you born again?” He stared at me and said he wanted to leave, but i told him, “Please stay until you have finished your coffee.” So he stayed and I continued, but regularly checked if his coffee is done. We reached the stage of the prayer of acceptance and he was already smiling with joy when he answered where Jesus is, “He is in my heart!”

I recalled my friends who are not yet saved, and this time I am sure that I can share with them. If I am able to share with a stranger, I am more confident that I can do the same with my friends.

I am a very shy person, an introvert, but with the Stealth Evangelism Program, I was able to overcome!.
I thank Dunamis, Pastor Al and Pastora Remy for their patience in assisting me in the practicum as in the beginning I had difficulty in establishing relationships and approaching strangers.

God bless Dunamis more than we can imagine. Praise God!

The best time of my life!!!

I participated in the Stealth Evangelism Program in November 2013 as a post birthday gift to myself, after my best friend pastor forwarded to me a text invitation from Dunamis. Since then, Dunamis has never left my thoughts as I have been an avid and regular practitioner of Stealth Evangelism with a weekly goal on the number of souls. In April, they posted that they needed a staff to promote the program. As a Brand Manager in United Arab Emirates for 12 years, I felt so confident that I will be taken as part of the staff in Dunamis International School of Missions. It is an answered prayer to have a ministry that makes a big impact on the lives of people and a partial fulfillment of what God has told me in Matthew 10:18 that I will be sent before governors and kings as a witness to them and the Gentiles.

Churches Being Planted

Here at Dunamis, I have seen shy people metamorphosed into confident soul winners, I felt so fulfilled as Pastors expressed their renewed hope for their “dying” churches (churches that continue diminishing in numbers instead of multiplying and growing in members). Hearing their stories of revival in their churches when they finished the seminar, and Pastors so overwhelmed with the fire that the Stealth Evangelism Program brings to their churches after graduation. Truly, there is no word enough to describe how fulfilled and how amazed I am with the aftermath of the training. Stories of a daughter church being born just after a month from the students who had been to the seminar, the increase in the numbers of their new believers, the revival has set to become a wildfire, and I can see myself being part of so many new churches being planted everywhere at any given time without being there physically but by training them with this potent and powerful 357 Magnum.

I thought I had the best time of my career years ago when I used to break record sales and been so proud posting new sales figures…not until I worked at Dunamis International School of Missions. This is the best time of my life, the best career I can have and the best achievement I could ever have with eternal values. As I facilitate each batch helping them achieve their targets of the number of souls and number of positive presentations, I feel so much fulfilled as we break new figures, as we record new numbers, because we are counting the number of souls…souls that Jesus ransomed with His Most Precious Blood. Each batch is a new challenge, a new experience, There is no batch that is the same, in terms of experiences, passion, and composition. As I monitor them doing their presentations during Practicum, I myself am being recharged, being fired up! Each batch is unique, putting me up on another level, step by step. Not only the students can claim that their lives have changed after taking the seminar, but mine has been transformed tremendously not only as a person, but as a soul winner and a trainer in the Army of God, Alleluia!!! It is now my prayer that Stealth Evangelism shall be a byword in all the islands of the Philippines through the Mobile Training.

I may have lost the financial rewards, perks and benefits working in a corporate world, but God has given me the honor and privilege of facilitating in growing the churches through the harvest. Who says power, influence and authority is gained only in the secular world through a political position or a top corporate post? There is greater power, greater authority and massive influence as the Holy Spirit works in this Ministry. There is also glitter, glamour and gold in this Ministry, after all, I work for the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, whom we can never out give and is The Great Rewarder. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!!

This facility represents West Point in God’s Army, training pastors and leaders with powerful evangelism weapons of warfare and strategies to wage war against the kingdom of darkness for men’s souls.

This mission center is an Ark of Asia bringing revival and life to so many churches causing them to grow and often times perpetuating the planting of multiple churches by the pastors we have trained in the Stealth Evangelism Program.

We are in the heart of Asia and can reach most of these nations in 4 hours or less by plane. We are on the launching pad to missions all over Asia.

It’s Calli’s and my heart that the Dunamis International School of Missions will go on for many years to come, and beyond our very own lives. Removed My Fear!

What I can say is during my first practicum I was so afraid and too ashamed to do witnessing because I doubt if I can talk to people specially strangers and unbelievers, and I won 2 souls only. I was nervous to make a conversation because I am also afraid I might make a mistake in talking to them. I have mixed emotions, I can hear my heart beat, as I was worried people I will approach may insult or belittle me. But on second practicum I prayed to Jesus to give me confidence and power to share the Word of God, and applied the steps I learned from the seminar. This time I won 17 souls with 10 presentations and my confidence increased on every practicum.

Having learned the presentation steps and memorizing the steps gave me more confidence and removed my fear. I am now equipped to do soul winning. Thank you Pastora Remy and all the Dunamis staff for helping me overcome my fear of witnessing.

A Call to Arms!

That’s right, this is the Battle Cry for today! We currently have approximately 6 Billion people on this planet that are lost and on their way to hell when they die. All these beautiful children you see every day of your life, all these sweet elderly people, all these wonderful kind people that you rub elbows with daily, they are the forgotten people who are destined for hell if we continue to sit back and think someone else is going to lead them to the Lord. 9/10’s of the world is lost and we are delusional if we think that doing the same old thing the same old way will make the difference in 6 Billion people not going to hell.

The church activities and approaches to evangelism for the last 100 plus years have left a deficit in the ratio of numbers of souls saved to those that are lost today! We have to get out of the box that we’ve managed to build in the paradigm of our thinking and change before it’s too late. Friends it’s only too late when you die and can no longer impact the world with your efforts to reach them.

If you can’t do it yourself, you can help by furnishing the finances to get it done, Amen?

We want to have mobile seminars monthly in addition to the two seminars we have here at our mission center in Manila each month. These mobile seminars are hard for us to set up simply because we have to ask the hosting pastors for too much help from the financial end, there’s not enough support yet to do it ourselves every month. The host pastors furnish us a facility for the seminar and a place for the pastors to stay. It will cost about $700 to train 50 pastors and leaders in a mobile seminar like the ones we’ve been doing on Mindanao Island. We want to schedule 1 or 2 of these each month.

The seminars have a mind boggling impact on the churches represented by the pastors. We’ve got to have some mind boggling impacts that will cause huge soul winning numbers through one-on-one evangelism until the Lord comes, Amen? Here’s the good news, YOU can make an impact for the rest of your life and beyond on those 6 Billion lost souls, by helping us financially accomplish God’s mandate that He has given us. We need to be able to bring the Stealth Evangelism Seminars to Islands all over the Philippines and ultimately to other nations. So, there is a lot to do, if we are going to reach the unreached forgotten people of this world. It’s going to take a strategic effort by every Christian that will, to channel funds into the mission field, both at home and abroad to reach these lost with the gospel of Christ.

Folks, how many times have you been told that you can’t take it with you? I got news for you. They’re right, you can’t take gold or silver with you to heaven, but you can take the souls of men through your unselfish gifts sown into Kingdom building ministries like Dunamis International School of Missions, to insure that as many souls as can will go to heaven through our concerted effort together.

That money you have saved up for a rainy day will buy thousands maybe even millions of souls into the Kingdom of God. We are coming to the US!
We need places to stay!

Tony and I are coming back to the US on July 29th for about 2 ½ months. We hate to be away that long, but we have got to take care of some pressing personal matters with our old house in Amarillo and visit those precious triplets in Louisiana! Plus I know the Lord has some divine appointments He’ll surprise us with along the way!

The Lord has already supplied us with tickets (yeah sky miles!) and a loaner car (thanks to an awesome partner!) We will be in Amarillo by August 1st we think. We are still looking for places to stay in the Amarillo area (even just a week or two at a time). So if you have any space (a spare bedroom) or know of a good situation (like a prophets quarters in a church that might be available) please contact us as soon as possible. We thought we could move around so not to be a burden on anyone.

We used to stay with my mom when we were in town, she was so gracious and always loved having us, but she moved to the DFW area to be with my sister earlier this year. By the way she’s 93 now! Our daughter Kari and her husband are still in an apartment while they are building their house so we can’t really move in on top of them. Ha ha!

We will feed ourselves so don’t worry about that and we will try not to disrupt you or wear out our welcome! So please pray about helping out with this need. Hope to see many of you while we are there, no matter where we stay.
