Miracles in our hands!
People have sadly been programed by years of personal experience to expect slow growth when it comes to evangelism. Because of this, often when we tell people of the estimated number of souls that come to the Lord every month both directly and indirectly through Dunamis and the Stealth Evangelism Program, it leads to doubt and disbelief. We can tell that the staggering results seen here in Manila far exceeds what people have come to expect, and they struggle to fathom how we can accomplish so much in such small lengths of time.
As Christians, we believe the Bible despite the many stories that stretch our minds, for example Noah and the ark, Moses and the parting of the red sea, or Jonah and the whale. If God could do theses miracles and we believe them, then how easy should it be for us to also believe that thousands could come to Christ every month?
When I think about the soul winning we experience here, I am often reminded of the story about the feeding of the five thousand and the 5 loaves of bread and 2 fishes that were used to do so. It is my belief that this very story holds a great revelation into understanding how such great results are being seen.
The fascinating thing about this particular story is that the miracle itself didn’t happen in the hands of Jesus himself, but in the hands of His disciples.
In Mark 6:41 after Jesus said a prayer of blessing over the food; He broke off pieces and gave them to His disciples, instructing them to pass them out to the awaiting crowd.
In accordance to His direction they did so, and because of their obedience, the loaves and fishes multiplied in their very palms until all were fed and full, and yet there was still plenty left over.
I like to picture the loaves and fishes as the stealth evangelism tools we are teaching, the disciples as the pastors and leaders we are training, and the multitude as the many lost people of the world that are waiting to hear the gospel and come to Christ. When Jesus blessed the food, and gave each disciple a portion to pass out, he was imparting them with the tools needed to feed the crowd. In the same way He has also anointed and given us the tools to accomplish the task of reaching the vast multitudes for His Kingdom.
Just as the disciples acted in obedience to his instruction, so are we. Jesus gave us all the instruction to “Go forth and make disciples of all the nations.” but he wouldn’t give us direction without also giving us what is needed to complete the very task he has given us.
He entrusted this ministry with an amazing tool for evangelism, just like He entrusted His disciples with the loaves and fishes. With this very tool we are teaching Pastors to train their members how to go out into the multitude and win souls, and the numbers quickly begin to multiply exponentially.
We as Christians should never try to fit soul winning into a numbers box, especially when that box is incredibly small. God is a God of miracles and as such we should never place doubt, simply because numbers seem too good to be true. We need to expect bigger and greater things, we should want to be wowed and have our minds blown, because then who can claim responsibility for the feats accomplished but God and God alone. When hearing that the kingdom is growing by thousands every month we need to say “Hallelujah! Now let’s try for Millions!” For what greater miracle is there than to see a lost soul saved, and how much more miraculous to watch as they come in by the multitudes!

Our first 9 years in
the Philippines!
Wow, it doesn’t seem that long since Calli, Felicity, & I stepped off the plane in Manila in March of 2003 to embark on this amazing journey that God had prepared us for our whole lives. It was no accident that we came to the Philippine Islands and started a mission school.
I had been a very rebellious young man growing up; high I-Q with no focus is what I’d call it. I would be the last person to choose to be the head of a school that would be like West Point in God’s army. Thing is, God chooses the foolish things, the weak things, the base things, the despised things and the things that are not, so I qualified in all categories, Amen? (1 Cor. 1:26-29)
Dunamis International has evolved over the last 9 years into a powerful school for training the leadership in God’s army with some of the latest, most effective evangelism weapons of warfare available.
Along with the Stealth evangelism course is a sister discipleship training, designed to equip the leaders with a strategic plan to organize cell groups for follow up of the new believers that are brought into the church thru the harvest. Also, there is a plan of how to best activate and utilize the reapers that the pastor trains in his church.
With a powerful program of evangelism and a simple follow up program a pastor can be assured of perpetual soul winning and discipleship for years to come. This will cause his church to grow exponentially with an abundance of new members. With more members comes more finances and more laborers for the Kingdom of God.
Basically, a pastor is able to consume the power of his disciples by training and organizing them to do the great commission that God has called us all to.
Doing the great commission in your church will cause a church to prosper in all areas, and as the Word says a man that wins souls is wise, there will be great wisdom in the church. The Word of God says you will prosper as your soul prospers! Where people are being born again prosperity will follow.
From the Wright Brothers
To the Stealth Bomber!
When we first started Dunamis International School of Missions we were more of a pastoral school training pastors in church leadership, ministry techniques, church administration, etc. God had a different plan in mind. First of all he gave me this powerful evangelism tool as I was witnessing to one of our help at the mission center only 5 weeks after we arrived in the Philippines. During that first year, He had me develop a curriculum for the technique and we called it “Are You Born Again?”
In the beginning like the Wright brothers plane, it was a simple yet effective approach to evangelism. As time went by, we developed a training manual, a really effective witnessing tract, then designed the “Soul Mate” pocket Bible for one on one evangelism.
When we first converted over to an evangelism school we trained churches in the “Are You Born Again” technique. We learned what worked and what didn’t. It took thousands of hours of training to come up with the Dunamis Standard of Training. The training evolved through the leadership of the Holy Spirit into the Stealth Evangelism Program of today. Just like aviation evolved into the Stealth Bomber, able to fly under the radar until the bombs are released; so we learned how to fly in under people’s radar, undetected until the Lord reaches in and touches their heart.
It’s no longer just a technique, but a full program that can be implemented in a pastor’s church with relative ease and simplicity, at the same time with absolute precision of a surgeon. The results are; the church will grow and the members are set on fire with the fire of evangelism. Proof is in the pudding folks. When pastors that are trained here go home to their churches and they follow the program, they are insured of having revival breakout in their church. Is that and Amen?
We have testimonies almost every class where the pastors say “My life will never be the same!”
Please come on board with us and help us light fires all over Asia and the rest of the world as we continue to turn the tables on the devil. 9/10ths of the world is lost, but it’s not going to stay that way as we come together, partnering to take the Stealth Evangelism Program to as many nations as possible.
You can join with us through monthly support or help us pay the mission center off so we will have a permanent presence in Asia. Thank you for being a part of the great commission by partnering with Dunamis International School of Missions.
Love to you all,
Tony, Calli & the Dunamis staff

Pastor Billy Orenciada – Senior Pastor, Journey Church Philippines, Meycauwayan, Bulacan
I thank Dunamis International School of Missions for inviting me to their Stealth Evangelism training. Although so many hindrances like finances and church activities came our way, I was able to attend by the grace of God! I was indeed happy to be part of the training because the method that they taught is very effective and easy. God made my heart on fire to witness more in spite of the circumstances. Now, I have a goal to win one soul every day. My gratitude to the staff, to Pastor Steve and Pastor Tony for teaching, guiding and praying for us. My prayer is that God bless the ministry as well as the staff of Dunamis International School of Mission!.

God bless the Dunamis ministry!
Pastor Lito Paraiso – Associate Pastor, Journey Church Philippines, Bulacan
First of all, I would like to thank the Lord for bringing me to Dunamis for this kind of training. I was so blessed to experience and learn the technique being taught here. I could say that I am now an experienced soul winner with “Stealth Evangelism” I also thank God for using people to send me here and for all the pastors and leaders who were so patient to teach me the program. In just 3 days of stay, wonderful things happened in my life. God bless the Dunamis ministry!
I was promoted spiritually!
Macmac Lorenzo – Youth Leader, Journey Church Philippines, Meycauwayan, Bulacan
On my first day, I was not expecting something good would happen in this seminar. The thought that our lecturers would be foreigners made me very nervous and I was not very eager to come and attend. So when the training started and we are all in the training room, I was very delighted to see American pastors teaching us (this was my first time to see American pastors.) They taught very well, I learned a lot from them. My courage to witness and share the word of God was established and I really thank God for it! I was very excited and was very thankful that I attended the training! In general, I could say that I was promoted spiritually because of what I learned at Dunamis International School of Missions. May God bless Pastor Tony Poole and Pastor Steve Hill and all the staff of Dunamis.
My excitement and my passion
to win souls have grown!
Pastor Dante A. Soriano – Senior Pastor, Journey Church Philippines, Binondo, Manila
I praise our Lord Jesus for this new, fast and easy way to win souls for the Glory of God! I thank God, because through Stealth Evangelism my excitement and my passion to win souls have grown by the help of the Holy Spirit. I also thank Pastor Tony Poole and Pastor Steve Hill for their patience with their students, teaching us how to master Stealth Evangelism. I thank Ptra. Sonia and Ptra. Ellaine for their dedication to serve God and assist our pastors.
The great harvest is ready now,
not tomorrow!
Pastora Shirley Parido – Senior Pastor, River of God, Olongapo City
I know the great harvest is ready now, not tomorrow! Praise God we have Stealth Evangelism, a powerful tool to go and do the Great Commission! Amen.
We will do this together hand in hand!
Mary Ann Sarmontina – Leader, River of God, Olongapo City
I am really amazed, we learned a strategy, method or style that is so applicable so short and so easy! My knowledge really expanded regarding soul winning, and I want to congratulate all the staff of Dunamis and all the students. We will do this together hand in hand!
So many evangelism seminars
but still had such few results
Pastor Noy C. Oblino Jr. – Senior Pastor, Jesus is the Christ Fellowship, Parañaque City
When I came here at Dunamis School of Mission, I was so confused and burdened by so many evangelism tools. I’ve attended so many evangelism seminars but still had such few results with our evangelism program in our church. But the good news is, God is faithful. He guided me to this seminar! I’m so blessed and amazed that there is such an easy, sharp, and extremely effective evangelism tool. Because of the excitement one night I didn’t sleep for the compassion for the lost. I thank God and the Dunamis School of Missions and all the staff, especially to the servants of God, Pastor Tony Poole and Pastor Steve Hill for their passion to train more leaders for the fulfillment of the Great Commission that our Lord Jesus has commanded us to do. (Matt 28:19-20) To God be the glory! It’s all about Jesus, Noy Oblino.
