Tony and Calli

Two Weeks to the deadline!

Praise God we are only 2 weeks now from the deadline for the renewal of our note on the mission center. At this point and time we have received $10,600 of the $20,000 that we really needed to apply to the principal of the note. When we reduce the note by $20,000 it will lower our monthly payment to where our Social Security will cover the payment each month for the next 12 months. We’ve always had to add money to it to cover the payments. I know that many of you can witness with being that close on your money budget that it would make a big difference to you each month if you were to accomplish a reduction in your monthly overhead.

Calli and I don’t mind sowing our SS for the ministry. It would just mean so much to us if it completely took care of the mission center payment. Please pray and ask the Lord if you should be a part of making this happen. God is our provider just as He is yours. We know that we’ll survive regardless, but ya’ll could make a couple of missionaries’ lives a little better if we could band together this year and do this. We love you all and appreciate you so much for the sacrifices that you have made for all these years that we’ve been here (11 years come March).

Love to you all, Tony & Calli

Mac-Pro

Praise report!!!

Received the Mac Pro we needed!

We received the funds immediately after the appeal went out for the equipment we needed to help put the Stealth Evangelism Video Training Program together! Within 48 hours we had enough for the computer, external hard drive and software pictured above, plus a little extra to help with the labor cost of a camera man that is helping us set things up and doing part of the videoing and the editing. What a mighty God we serve!

Our daughter Krystel was in Amarillo. The company she works for sent her back there for some training (this was another miracle in itself!) So we were able to purchase the things we needed and she brought them back to us. It’s amazing how much cheaper electronics are in the US. This was such a great opportunity.

We can’t Praise the Lord enough for all He is doing right now, getting things ready and downloading in us the wisdom to complete this program under His direction and guidance. Personally I can feel an increase in anointing and clarity coming on all of us that are working on this. Get ready we are moving into a new era of ministry that will touch many nations, Amen, Amen, Amen!

3Cell-phones-thanks

We want to thank all of you that donated your used cell phones to us. We are in the process of getting them unlocked and functional here in the Philippines. Many of them were better than the one’s we’ve been using for a long time and will be of great help and save us quite a lot of money not having to buy new phones.

Manila is such a large metropolis with such a great population it is vital we stay in communication with each other. Even a simple trip to the grocery store can be an opportunity to get lost from each other if we didn’t have phones to stay connected.

God is good all the time and supplies us what we need when we need it! Thanks again for your thoughtfulness and generosity. God bless you! Love, Calli

Last week’s class at Dunamis

Excited and ready to go back

and train their churches!

We had 21 pastors, and leaders attend Batch #74 this last week. They won 1,123 people to the Lord during their training exercises out in the city. Nine of the pastors came from Ilocos Sur about 8 hours by car from Manila. They are provincial pastors and it is a hard trip for them to come here and take the training. Regardless they came. Another thing it cost each of them about P1,000 in travel fare to get here. That’s about $25.00 US. I was taken back at their zeal for the class and so blessed by the commitment of these wonderful men and women of God. I know they will train many people there in Ilocos to win souls and that region will be impacted for the Lord. They also indicated that they were going to try to put together a mobile mission for us where we take the Stealth Evangelism Program to them and trying about 50 of the pastors and leaders up there.

Ambushing people in the street! …

with Jesus’ words!

Pastor Noel S. Erese, Senior Pastor, Cells Alive Christian Fellowship, Cainta, Rizal, Philippines.

My coming to Dunamis School of Missions was motivated by two reasons. First, my hunger for a more passionate heart for evangelism or soul winning. Second, my search for a more simple and effective way to present the Gospel. I was intrigued by the “Stealth” way of evangelizing. I can say that I achieved my two goals!

First, the passion to share the Gospel increased as we went out on practicum in public places. It’s never happened before that I was able to present the Gospel, one on one, 25 times and win 46 souls in four different communities for a total of 8 hours of evangelism. (I mean ambushing people in the street to first build a relationship with them and then ask them if they are born again!) That was an experience that was boosted my confidence and buildt my ability to evangelize even total strangers.

Second, I found the Stealth Evangelism strategy as the simplest, most effective way to present the Gospel undetected. People realized that it’s a Gospel presentation only after the scriptures were being read, by then it was too late. Their hearts had already been penetrated by Jesus’ words! This strategy will also encourage more leaders to participate in the training as the presentation is simple, brief but effective. They will want to train their own members.

Thank you Lord! Thank you Dunamis!

The permanent change in me is…

Confidence!

Pastor Wilhelm Verjom, Associate and Youth Pastor, Cells Alive Christian Fellowship, Cainta, Rizal, Philippines.

I praise God that I was able to come to Dunamis despite the heavy rains in our area. (Note: “heavy rains” in the Philippines means flooding and difficulties in transportation.) The technique of Stealth Evangelism I was taught at Dunamis is the most effective tool I’ve ever learned based on my past experience. I learned the shortest way of presenting the Gospel with a powerful responsive impact from the listener.

Very quick way to build cell groups and ultimately build the church through the harvest. This technique is simple and sharp and we can duplicate the quality and standards by following the guidelines of the manuals. I believe that this will cause our church to grow in numbers very fast through perpetual soul winning by committed reapers that I will train when I go back to our congregation.

The permanent change in me is the confidence that I have a sharp sickle now to share to our church members and to use it personally as my lifestyle in doing missions. God has changed my heart and my outlook to the forgotten people in our place and has developed my understanding about strategic ministry growth. Therefore, I highly recommend Dunamis to my fellow pastors and workers in the Lord!

Right: Accepting Dunamis Metal for the Best presentation and results during graduation.

The Last shall be First!

When training pastors and leaders here at Dunamis, from time to time we have someone that has a difficult time getting started. Pastor Earnest Olonan was one of those! Something we learned over these years of training pastors is to not give up on them, just give them a helping hand and they generally will come back and finish at the top of the class. Pastor Ernest did just that. His first practicum he went on was really a disappointment to him. He came in last not witnessing to anyone. He just couldn’t make himself go up to a stranger and start a conversation with them. Thus, after 1 ½ hours of street evangelism it was 0 results. We spoke with him when he got back to the center and encouraged him, the next day when they went out again and I sent a monitor with him to back him up. He did really well. Then upon graduation Pastor Ernest won our coveted Dunamis Metal for the Best presentation and results. Yeah Pastor Ernest!

“Soul winning – a way of life!”

Pastor James Olubalang, Pilgrim Bible Baptist Church, Philippines

It’s my intention to apply all that I’ve learned to the ministry of my church and members to take full advantage of the Dunamis Standard of evangelism and discipleship strategies that will insure perpetual soul winning in my church for years to come. This training has really changed my personal soul winning strategy, making soul winning a way of life for me and those that I train.

Now the Lord has changed my heart with a burden to share the Good News of salvation to all peoples. The seminar’s impact to me and the church God has entrusted to me is an increase of new converts and finances for the ministry. The permanent change in my life is to love and share the 357 Magnum tool to all races, people, and nations. My life will never be the same!

“A fire lit in my heart!”

Joshua M. Cruz

My Senior Pastor had already taken the Stealth Evangelism Program before he invited me to attend the seminar myself. When he first invited me to go my schedule was too hectic so I planned to go on August 6th, 2013. I had 8 co-leaders scheduled to go with me but they failed to make the seminar, so it was only me. I had the address but found it difficult to find, but the staff at Dunamis helped me and I made it. How glad I am for the seminar was more than worth the effort to come. I had great expectations when I came and my expectations were more than met for I didn’t want to return with nothing to show for the 3 days I was putting into it.

The seminar brought me to a point where I received a self-esteem boost which for me was one of the most significant changes in my life. I feel that now I can accomplish more in the kingdom of God. I had a paradigm shift in my thinking about evangelism. Plus there’s been a fire lit in my heart that I can hardly express in words about the winning of the lost. This will turn our church upside down.

Boosting my self-esteem and the feeling I get from ministering to the forgotten people brings another permanent change in my life. All the graduates here should support Dunamis to help continue this amazing ministry to the pastors and leaders here in the Philippines.

tony-and-crowd

Pastor Tony speaking at a church in Mindanao. What if we never came? So glad we did! Amen!

What if?

Have you ever asked yourself the question, “What if?” Calli and I were relaxing and talking this morning as we were watching Fox News and there was something on the program that a commentator said about, “What if?” That began an array of “What if’s” from us.

I thought to myself, what if back in 1997 we hadn’t gone to the revival meeting at Community Church (Now New Life Restoration) in Hereford, Texas? That is where I was touched by God and 2 months later called by the Lord to His ministry. Wow, that began a chain of events that took place to ultimately land us in the Philippines as missionaries in 2003, now going on 11 years ago. There were many “What if’s” that came after that, which led us into our destiny to be vessels used to help with the reaching of the unreached peoples of the earth. What if we’d never gone to that meeting that changed our lives forever?

What if, when God called us, we’d said, “Oh we’ll go when we are retired and have time?” First of all, there would be millions of souls not saved because we didn’t go. Then I looked at Calli and said “Honey not only all the millions that have been saved through the working of this ministry, but all those that will be saved in the years to come by those we have trained. We have trained over 5,000 pastors and leaders since we came to the Philippines with evangelism tools that God gave us when we arrived here. Those 5,000 Christian leaders have trained more than 10,000 people themselves with these tools. That means somewhere between 15 and 20 thousand reapers are out there right now all over the earth reaching the lost daily. That translates into millions of souls. “What if,” we’d never gone? ”

What if” you decide to financially support this ministry so we can go to all the places we need to take the Stealth Evangelism Program? There are pastors in many countries that are waiting for us to come and train them with these techniques. There are pastors on many different Islands in the Philippines that are waiting on us to bring the training to them.

Whatever you sow will help us bring the training to many different Islands and nations of the world. When you sow, you harvest the same blessing from the Lord that we do from being here and doing it. Without ya’ll we can’t go as far as we can with you. Remember it’s harder to stay behind and sacrificially support the missionaries of God, than to go into all the world and spread the gospel yourself. I praise the Lord for all of you and your loving sacrifices that keep us here doing God’s work.

“What if,” you make a life time pledge to help harvest the fields for they are already white and ready for harvest? When you sow, you reap! When you sow, you go also!

Love you, and bless you
Tony and Calli Poole

“BANG! BANG!”

Pastor Roberto Arano
Calauan Conservative Baptist Christian Fellowship, Laguna, Philippines

“Praise God there is Dunamis International School of Missions! I have prayed asking the Lord for an effective tool which I could use in our area to reach lost souls. And when I heard that there would be training for evangelism to be hosted by Dunamis I registered early!
When the training began my heart beat like the heartbeat of the Lord to share and preach the Gospel! I became excited! On the first day of the practicum we eagerly used the 357 Magnum (technique) and BANG! BANG! Many souls accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior…the angels were blowing their trumpets for many souls got saved!

The training that we have learned and these tools will be replicated and echoed in our church. I visualize our church will never be the same again. They have now a new Pastor with confidence and fully armed and members who are willing to learn the Stealth Evangelism Program.

More power and blessing to Dunamis International School of Missions. May God bless you more to train more pastors and leaders who will also train and use the tools for the advancement of His Kingdom! Halleluiah!

Stealth Evangelism has had a big impact on my life and will have a huge impact on my church because the method and strategies you are teaching will change the heart and life of our church members and staff. I have compassion for souls now. I feel that the disease of apathy is being cured and we have been given strength to go and awaken the desire to multiply. I know the training will be very useful in my church and I will train workers to evangelize. I envision immediate growth in my church and I will support the work Dunamis in any way I can.!

“I learned a new technique, how to make evangelism simple, to improve my way of sharing the Gospel with others. Through this seminar I was really challenged to work evangelism, people really need the Lord. It moved me and convicted me and gave me a passion for winning souls. I need to apply this in our place because there are many forgotten people in need of the Lord. There is now a burden in my heart to win them for Christ.

Three things Dunamis taught me:
• Confidence to share the Gospel of Salvation
• Willingness to obey (follow) the program
• A passion for souls

I believe our church will increase in numbers and we will be more fruitful in our ministry. I know I will never forget what I learned and experienced in this Stealth Evangelism Program.

I want to extend my gratitude for this Dunamis training seminar, especially to my teacher Rev. Tony Poole. God is upon you. You were personally used by our God to me. To God be the glory, Pastor Randy Diancin

“I really praise and thank God for this Stealth Evangelism training has had a big impact on my life. It is very easy to win someone to the Lord…to share the Gospel without fear or being ashamed. Be ready in season or out of season, be prepared to share the Gospel! I learned a new and beautiful technique on how to share the Gospel in a very short time.

Three insights I learned on one-on-one evangelism:
• It’s easy to build a relationship with someone
• It’s easy to share the Gospel in a very short time
• It’s easy for them to understand the Gospel and accept the Lord!

I always want to support Dunamis so that other pastors can come take this class too!

The way I approach lost souls, the way I talk to them…my tongue is straightened not twisted (I know exactly what to say, I don’t wander around)…their time could be short on this earth, so witness to them with all your heart. I’m excited to go back to my church and train others to be reapers also. Our church will never be the same again. Before, I thought it was difficult to have a church with 50 to 100 members but now my expectations are raised.
