Christmas Day with the family!

Prayers for a Prosperous and Successful New Year In the Lord!
Well friends, 2021 was a long year, we were able to do a few seminars even though the pandemic is still lingering here. When Calli and I returned from a trip to the US, we were quarantined upon arrival and had to wear masks and plastic face shields from the moment we exited the plane. They finally dropped the plastic shield requirements, so it’s a little better than before. But they are still locking down neighborhoods that are being hit by the very contagious Omicron virus. They are even requiring you to show your vaccination cards to get into some of the stores. I kept thinking that we needed to let this virus run its course which would bring a lot of natural immunity. There seems to be very few deaths worldwide from this variant. But then we lost another dear friend in the US. Who knows what to do? I’m sick of seeing my grandkids unable to attend school in person. And just this week even their online classes were shut down for two weeks because of some of the teachers getting sick and having to quarantine. Wow, what is that doing to their people skills? They are still as precious as ever, but I know they need other kid’s relationships to develop properly. Everyone is doing well in spite of this calamity that has struck us all.

We all want to wish everyone a belated Happy New Year and pray that you all prosper as your soul prospers. We pray for an abundance from the Lord to overtake each of you in every area of your lives. We miss you and know there were many of you that we didn’t get to see while we were in the US. You know in the Kingdom of God when you see someone you haven’t seen in years it is like yesterday when you get to see them again. When we get to heaven someday we will see our family and friends and it will be like yesterday. It is so sweet to be a part of God’s Kingdom where time does not end and we never die! Two Seminars scheduled for January!

Infected with the virus of soul winning!
Doc Ramon Redima, a passionate church planter, educator, and a pastor, with churches under him nationwide has attended the Stealth Evangelism Program last year and from then on, had never stopped organizing stealth evangelism classes both for workers and for pastors and leaders.

Since it is level 3 alert in region 4A and NCR (Metro Manila), he has scheduled 2 trainings this month, one for Bicol Region and one in Nueva Ecija. He believes that the best way to plant a church and to have ready database for new believers is to conduct a Stealth evangelism class that would result in winning at least 1000 new souls during practicums. Having undergone this class, it increased his passion to empower fearless Soul winners using the 357 Magnum technique (Our soul winning tool)!

Earlier he has organized 2 workers evangelism trainings and 2 pastors training in different municipalities of Laguna. Truly this Man of God is infected with the virus of winning souls, got addicted to it and is certainly on the right track of planting more and more churches despite the pandemic. How Qualified Charitable Deductions (QCD) Work

Many folks of our generation piled a lot of retirement money into qualified, tax-free investments such as 401K’s, IRA’s, 403b’s, etc. The money going in was before being taxed and the money growth was also not taxed—until withdrawn. When withdrawn it is all taxed at the ordinary income rate like a normal salary. When we turned 70 we were required to start withdrawing at a minimum amount prescribed by law— Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). But under the Trump tax law, we can opt for a direct pay-out of the RMD to a qualified charitable organization from the trustee of the investment so that we avoid all taxation and it lowers our ordinary income amount by that same amount. This is known as a Qualified Charitable Deduction (QCD) and requires a separate letter of acknowledgment, not to be confused with a normal itemized deduction statement. That about covers it. Your accountant especially needs to be thoroughly aware of this for sure! A boon to generosity! – Dean

Giving Light to Unbelievers!
Fifty-six pastors and leaders with a burning desire to be empowered in The Great Commission had registered in our Stealth Evangelism Program. After more than three months of being under “Modified Quarantine” that restricts gatherings, they were so excited to do the field practicums and won over a thousand souls to the Lord. Three new Bible studies were opened and new ministry opportunities were tapped. They all claimed they had a breakthrough and most of the leaders were first-time soul winners in one-on-one soul winning. They all committed themselves to a lifestyle of evangelism. Truly, with or without pandemic, the 357 Magnum soul-winning technique never loses its power, nor has faded in giving light to unbelievers.

This tool had been very effective too as I used it during the funeral and burial rites of my father who died on October 25. What a way of saying goodbye to my father by declaring their acceptance of Jesus our Lord and Savior. Glory to God for the technique that is so easy to use and can be applied in any season to any type of audience. Be it devout Catholics or any denominational member. It’s been difficult getting back into the groove of doing seminars after 2&1/2 months off traveling in the US, but it’s just like driving a car, you never forget and just step up and the Holy Spirit is faithful to give you the words to say in the hour you need to say them. These pastors and leaders were very hungry to learn how to win souls effectively! We want you to know that these seminars are in high demand and we are cranking back up as fast as we can. I spoke of needing to expand the school to 3 teams instead of one. It won’t be difficult except for the finances that it will take. It means, to do this, we will have to have 3 times what we have operated on in the past. Currently, we are down in finances by at least $1,000 from last year due to the effects of the Pandemic. Well, we have to raise our monthly by that $1,000.00 per month, just to be where we were last year. Then, we’ll need to raise another $5,000.00 per month to be able to support two more teams of trainers. Thing is, the amount of souls going into the Kingdom will astound all of you. We know that our impact right now is more than a million souls a year with just one team, so do the math. Do you want to help us accomplish this much need expansion and reach millions of souls in the years to come. 9/10’s of the world is lost y’all. We can’t let them go to hell without doing everything we can to reach them. This school of evangelism is anointed to reach the lost and train armies of soldiers. We can’t do this without you. For those of you that know Calli and I personally, you know we mean business. Our mission center is paid for, and all our vehicles are all paid for, when you sow, you sow directly into the reaching of souls. You can’t take anything to heaven when you die except the souls of men and women that you have helped get saved, so step up to the plate and hit one out of the park for the Great Commission that God has called all of us to fulfill. A Time for Fellowship
Thank you to Pastor Dorman Dugan at New Life Restoration in Hereford and Pastor Tom Malone at Gateway in Amarillo for allowing us to share with your people. It was such a breath of fresh air to get to worship the Lord with you all.

We so enjoyed the fellowship with all the pastors at the Tuesday morning pastor meeting in Hereford. We were reminded how much we miss them every week. And thank you for all those who blessed us along the way. God is so good, we came home with the finances to purchase the equipment we need to begin the filming of the training video we have needed to record. Please pray for us now during its production that God’s Word will shine through it

and we still had to wear masks the whole time!! Hahaha!

A Time to Come Home!
We made it back home from our extended stay for two and a half months in the US. Once we arrived in the Philippines we had to quarantine for six days before we could go home, but that gave us a chance to relax and get over the jetlag somewhat. We were blessed that just before we came back they had cut the quarantine time almost in half! Praise the Lord!

It has been a bit difficult to return to the strict masks and plastic face shields we have to wear here. It was so nice to get to breathe for a few months! Pray they start to relax these mandates we have here. It is more relaxed in a lot of the smaller churches, but out in the public places, it is as strict as ever about wearing all that. Combine that with my glasses that continually fog up, and I can hardly see, Haha!

Update: Wow! Answered prayer as I am writing this! They just relaxed the mandate on face shields. They are no longer required! Just the face masks! Wow, thank you Lord! At least I can see better now!!

And they are allowing children to go out in public. They are supposed to be wearing face masks but we have found a few stores that will allow Wyatt in without one. It’s a little hard to keep a mask on a two year old!

Let’s go fishin’
(for the souls of men!)
When Peter was mending his nets the morning that Jesus was to come and step over into his boat, he was not quite ready in his mind to receive the miracle he was about to experience. As matter of fact, he was still a bit negative about fishing all night and catching nothing. Jesus came to him and changed his mindset about fishing in just a few moments of time. Peter didn’t think he could catch fish during the day to begin with. He was also disgusted because they had fished all night and caught nothing.

With the nets mended and cleaned after hours of work, he was ready to go fishing as usual the next night. Here Jesus comes, steps into his boat and says, “Pull us out away from the shore so that I can speak to the multitudes.” Peter, did as He asked, listening on as Jesus spoke. After a time He turned to Peter and said, “Pull us out into the deep and cast your net.” At that point Peter said, “But Lord we fished all night and caught nothing!” He had worked hard getting ready for the night’s fishing and couldn’t imagine catching fish in the day.

But as You say Lord!
We have the same mind set today when it comes to reaching souls. “This is the way we have always done it!” We are not prepared to alter our mindset, to just trust that God knows a better way. So we say with Peter, “But Lord, we’ve always done it this way!” But then Peter, with just an ounce of faith, but mostly in obedience says, “But as you say Lord!” and he pulled out into the deep and released the net!

All of a sudden the net began stretching and the boat was being pulled down in the water because of the weight of the multitude of fish. Then Peter looked over the side of the boat and was shocked that his nets were teaming full of fish. His nets were in danger of breaking and his boat was in danger of sinking. He called out to his partners, James and John. They joined him and each took on all the fish they could until both boats were nearly sinking.

Never been a better time!
Right now, it’s time to expand our nets and pull the levers to drop them into the deep (The uttermost parts of the earth!) to receive the harvest. Pastors, there are so many fish that you will have to give fish away as you cast your nets just like Peter! Instead of building our churches with other pastor’s members (shifting sand), we will build our churches on the (rock), through the harvest as Jesus says in Matthew 28:19-20! As for the body of Christ each of you has nets (financial resources) that can be cast to bring in the harvest. There has never been a better time in history than now during this pandemic to cast our nets. We have our nets in the Philippines ready to drop, our ships are ready to embark into the deep and bring in the Great Harvest.

Trust in Him!
I came to the US with the thought of raising the support we needed to step into the next phase of harvesting by creating two more training teams to try and meet the demand for our evangelism school that has risen from this Pandemic Phenomena! As we got off the plane and went to our daughter’s apartment the Lord reminded me that He had taken that burden upon Himself 15 years ago. When He told me to stay home in the Philippines, He said He would show me His ways instead of my own. He asked then if I wanted it back. He’s saying, “Do not go itinerating!” You see, I hadn’t returned to Itinerate, (going from church to church raising money) in 15 years. So, we chose to keep trusting in Him, Amen?

Train yourself!
Not only do we need to develop two new teams, but we are going to develop a training video for you! The training video will make the Stealth Evangelism Training available to you and every believer right in your home on your TV or computer. You will be able to train yourself how to win even a stranger in only 5 to 7 minutes and if it’s someone you know 2 ½ minutes!

Finally, we can cast our nets!
It’s time to cast our nets, and you can cast a big net by supporting Dunamis International School of Evangelism. There is a lot of work to do and we need monthly support not only for video development and distribution but for the teams and the seminars that we must do. You can do it!
Most of us have a mindset about soul winning, we tend to think that others are better at it than ourselves, or I can’t do it, but through this training, you can be a powerful soul-winner yourself which is what God wants you to be!...give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word! Acts 4:29

“Pull us out into the deep
and drop your nets!”

But as You say Lord!

Now cast your net with ours
and let’s bring in the harvest!
