So so so close to the finish line! |
|||||||||
Calli, Felicity, and I moved here to Manila in March 2003, and have had a wonderful ministry here all that time. We actually started ministry here in October 1997, 22 years ago. We had bought the mission center and totally remodeled beginning in July 2008. On February 17th 2016, our mission center caught fire and was completed destroyed. We lost everything we had in the center including all our family heirlooms, pictures, and clothing, all but our night clothes on our backs, in less than an hour. Worse than that, we lost our daughter Felicity, a 32 year old mother of two! That nearly killed all of us!
The fire is still consuming our lives. Every day we spend not in our home and mission center is a day that is stolen or consumed by the fire. Every day reminds us, now we are so close to the finish line! Sometimes it’s like I’m trying to get through the day to be one day closer to the finish of the building. We haven’t been able to leave for 3 years now to go back and see our family and friends in the US. When it’s done, it will be like taking the chains off of us. Amen? The best we can tell, it’s going to take from here about $28,000. We are currently down to less than a $1,000 in our accounts. We will be broke before the week is out. Even if I sell the truck it will take time. So, here’s the good news, God has always provided, the provision comes from His Kingdom. You are all part of that Kingdom, so we are just letting you know that we are hurting for help at this time and we are very tired of the hurt. Don’t take us wrong we will not stop, we will not fail. We are committed to God’s vision of winning the world to the Lord one soul at a time. The Dunamis alumni is more than 30,000 soul winners and trainers, a formidable army that will kick the devil’s butt long after we are both (as Calli’s sister used to put it) on the other side of the grass! We love you and ask that you seek God about some help for us. Armies need provisions to fight the battle; we need partners to continue to wage this war. We are tired but when the burdens are lifted, we soar with eagles seeking the lost. Currently the Alumni of Dunamis wins 10’s of thousands monthly, probably more than a million per year. We just need to keep rolling and taking territory from the enemy, never stopping, Amen? Love you all, Tony and Calli PS- We haven’t been home to see our grandchildren in over 3 years now and haven’t even met our great grandson except through pictures on Facebook. We are stranded here, tied to this construction until the center is finished. We are home sick for some hugs from y’all and them. Please keep us in your prayers. If you can’t help look for someone else to help! |

Create in me a clean heart! |

Over the last months we have loaded countless trash trucks with the debris and garbage from the build site and had it hauled away. Just as we have had to haul out all that trash and keep the site clean to see the mission center soon to be completed, so we must throw off and allow to be hauled off all the garbage in our spirit so we can be made complete in the Lord! (He who has begun a good work in you will complete it…) Phil. 1:6.
Lord, we shed off all doubt and unbelief, all worry. You, oh Lord, supply all our need according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Phil 4:19) … where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. (Matt. 6:20) Praise the Lord!! Jesus, keep our build site (our hearts) clean before You! “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” (Psalm 51:10) Transform us from glory to glory! (2 Cor. 3:18) – Calli Poole |
