We just completed the revision of our Pastor Leadership Training Manual. We’ve been using this manual for about two years and we’ve gone through more than a thousand of them in our training seminars. The old manual was such an upgrade from the mimeographed copies that we had used for the years before that. Even though it had a few imperfections we were very proud of it and it did a pretty good job.

We began working on the new edition about a month ago because we ran out of the booklets. We were going through it, making changes and moving things around. I could feel the anointing being released on it. Every page began taking its rightful place. Each paragraph found its mark. We added things from the training that seem to come out in every class under God’s anointing. The pages were coming together with a perfection only God can bring. Calli and I both just sit back in awe at the clarity of the curriculum.

We finished the manual last week just before the next class. Well, I couldn’t wait till we got it back from the printers to teach from it, so I had the staff print it off on our copier. One for all the students, and a copy for me. When I trained the group using that new manual it was so easy and clear. The result was astounding!

The group was mostly average students, but when they took each test, I was apprehensive because several of them were challenged in their English skills. Yet they scored extremely high on all three tests. Even the Final examination had extraordinary results. I believe with all my heart that we had a breakthrough and are on the verge of taking the Stealth Evangelism Program to the nations.

We are going to work on the original Stealth Evangelism training manual now, to see if there are any improvements that can be made there also. After that, it will be time to develop the video training off of the manuals. Then it will be ready to take to the nations. Warning! The devil had better start running because here we come, Amen?We need $600 to print 1,000 of these new Training Standard Manuals. We hope someone will step forward and pay for these. Can you imagine the millions of souls these manuals will impact? These are used to train pastors on how to build their churches through the harvest.

It’s so good to be back home at Dunamis. I missed all this extremely cold weather you are having now. Hope you’re all staying warm! My mother made the move to the Dallas area and is doing well, thanks to my sister there. Spoke with her yesterday and she seems to be settled in and happy. My first impression after Pastor Tony had his lecture on the curriculum, I said to myself, “This is as easy as my lesson in Grade 1!” But then when we were having our workshop, this is where I noticed the impact of the teaching, because we have to deliver the method perfectly and it seems for an old lady like me, memorization is a not so easy task. But I got so excited after I memorized everything in the workshop and we went out for our first practicum. I was like a lion roaring around looking for souls to devour with the Word of God! I was totally refreshed with the knowledge of this simple way of evangelism taught to us by Dunamis. I praise God that the fire to evangelize was again ignited in my heart and this will be the beginning of the task to seek and evangelize the lost using the 357 Magnum presentation. To God be the glory!

I am proud to belong to Batch 77 of Stealth Evangelism. I found my classmates to be so nice especially friendly roommates. Our group was able to accomplish our tasks easily because most of us are already pastors. I’m inspired to do more soul winning when I get back to our church because of my wonderful experience here in Dunamis School of Missions.

It’s great to know that there is an easy way, or that is, a witnessing tool like Stealth Evangelism to help Filipinos find their way to the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior, and it works! God has done a good thing when He created Pastor Tony Poole-truly an apostolic gift to mankind! Thank you Pastor Tony for revealing to me that I can function in all the spiritual gifts-What a great responsibility!

It was not my intension to come here due to my schedule, but I am not allowing my wife to come alone. So Praise God because we arrived here and we believed it was the work of the Holy Spirit who led us to this training.

I was amazed with this kind of ministry because it is very simple, simple in a way that we already were familiar with the text, but we didn’t have the system or strategies. So I’ve learned a lot, even from the beginning, the lectures, the workshop, and especially the practicums.

It’s not my very first time doing evangelism, but still I felt nervous. Thanks be to God because I experienced a breakthrough in several areas, most especially learning what to say to stay under the radar of the person I’m witnessing to in the market place, and I learned how to handle rejection.

Well, in the 3 days of staying here and training, one thing is for sure, I will never be the same again. I would say that we learned to the fullest! We are confident. Now that when we go back to our respective churches, we can duplicate and multiply ourselves with the same result!
